Jane Doe, 13, was walking down West Coal Street in Shenandoah to meet and talk to \"Ivan Rodriguez.\" After a little while, Ivan pulled her into his house, gave her pills that she willingly ingested, and he proceeded to assault her. Once the effects of the pills wore off, Jane Doe was able to hit his head off the wall. She grabbed her clothes and ran out of the house.

Ivan Rodriguez was arrested at his place of employment, Redner\'s Market, and required the services of an interpreter.

He was charged as \"John Doe\" because he did not provide proper identification to authorities and admitted his name is ficticious.

Ivan/Doe told the court during his arraignment that he cannot afford the bail and only came here to work.

Jane Doe is alive and working with police, although she will be scarred for the rest of her life.
